Confocal microscopy and image analysis
Description
I am interested in evaluating histologic changes in human and animal tissue sections and cells stained with routine, immunohistochemical, and fluorescence stains. I work mostly on laser scanning confocal microscope. My recent research studies included: - HIV infection in GI tract - Colocalization and morphometry of immune complexes in kidney - Histology of acute and chronic renal rejection
