Title
Age regulating protein function in the brain
Description
We are interested in understanding the differences between normal and pathological brain aging. Present studies are focused on dissecting the role of Klotho in the brain and in the aging process. We are examining regulation of gene expression pre and post-transcriptional, protein distribution, localization and function in the brain, and Klotho's role in glioma.
